This video aims to raise awareness and support for individuals living with ADHD, a condition that impacts both myself and several members of our family. Supporting a Charity close to our hearts has been one of the most rewarding experiences my family and I have had together.
By sharing our personal story, we hoped to motivate others to step forward and help eradicate the stigma surrounding ADHD and neurodivergent brains.

Who are ADHD Aware?
The ADHD Aware Charity aims to raise awareness and support for individuals living with ADHD, a condition that impacts several members of our family. Both supporting and being a long-term Volunteer for this charity, which is so close to our hearts, has been one of the most rewarding experiences my family and I have had together.
ADHD Aware was founded and run by passionate volunteers, most of who are neurodivergent individuals such as, myself, Martin Bunker, who tirelessly work to provide essential resources and support for the neurodivergent community.
The Impact of Fundraising Efforts
The funds raised through the ADHD Aware Charity can lead to real positive change for neurodivergent people. The Charity provides a number of free services, including regulr monthly Peer Support Groups and have a plethora of information on ADHD on their Website. So, every pound raised genuinely enhances the quality of life for individuals living with ADHD.
