About Us
At Neurodiversity in Mind, we’re passionate about the neurodivergent community across the UK and beyond. Our mission is to empower the neurodiverse community and we're dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals and companies involved in neurodiversity by promoting the benefits of neurodiversity and neurodivergent individuals.

Our Story
Neurodiversity In Mind was founded by Martin Bunker (an AuDHD person himself) who is a staunch advocate for supporting neurodiverse individuals and for changing societies often misinformed ideas about neurodiversity.
With his many years working within the neurodiverse community, Martin brings his passion and a wealth of experience to Neurodiversity in Mind on our mission to empower, unite and support neurodiverse individuals and the wider community.
Our People
Martin contributes over three decades of expertise in education, training, coaching and mentoring to Neurodiversity in Mind. His experience includes supporting children and young adults with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and SEN in various educational settings.
He is AuDHD (Autistic and ADHD) and also has Dyspraxia/Dyslexia and so, along with his extensive experience and background, this provides him with crucial insights into the challenges faced by neurodiverse individuals, especially those transitioning into adulthood.
He is NVQ Level 3 qualified in Counselling and currently studying for the ADD Coaching Academy (ADDCA) ADHD & Life Coach Training Certification Program (ICF and PAAC Accredited). As an individual member of the Universal Coaching Alliance (UCA), Martin models their Code of Professional Conduct & Ethics in all his practice.
As a key figure in the charity, ADHD Aware, Martin hosts support groups and webinars, sharing practical strategies for thriving in a predominantly neurotypical society.
He previously co-founded Neurodiversity UK, a Social Enterprise supporting the Neurodivergent community.
Martin lives in Brighton with his wife and their three daughters. His life exemplifies a deep commitment to supporting and advocating for those with neurodiversity.
