Additional Terms and Conditions for our Services
Our Events
We reserve the absolute right to refuse entry to individuals. By attending our events, you agree to abide by our Ground Rules and Code of Conduct, which are available on our Website and also at the start of each event. Maintaining a safe space for our events is our priority. We do not tolerate angry, aggressive or shaming behaviour and we reserve the right to ask those that display these behaviours to leave the event. In which case we reserve the right not to offer a full or partial refund for any fees paid in advance for the event.
External Events
For any community or external events not hosted by Neural Education Ltd, we act only as a directory and are not responsible for these events. Whilst we strive to ensure that the information about any external events is accurate and up to date, we do not accept responsibility for any losses due to errors.
Coaching Services
Neural Education Ltd operates as an agent between individuals who are being coached (our client) and our Coaches. We will share information with the Coach as per our Privacy Policy and the Coach’s individual policies. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a full charge for the session.
If the Client pre-pays for multiple sessions, these sessions are non-refundable. However, subject to the 24 hours' notice rule (above), these pre-paid sessions can be rearranged for a later date (subject to the Coaches availability and at a mutually convenient date and time in the future). These rearranged sessions must be used within 12 months from the date of payment, after which time they will expire.
Education & Training Services
Neural Education Ltd operates as an agent between the client organisations (our client) and our Trainers. We will share information with the Trainers as per our Privacy Policy and the Trainer's individual policies. Cancellations with less than 14 days' notice will result in a full charge for the Training.
