The UK’s Biggest LGBTQ+ Pride Festival

“Historic, inspired and unparalleled. Brighton Pride is one of the best international pride festivals, we love it” Attitude Magazine. Brighton and Hove Pride 2026 takes place on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 August, and this year is unlike any other. It is the 35th anniversary of the modern Pride festival, a milestone that the organisers have described as a moment to honour the courage of the activists who made it possible, celebrate how far the community has come and look clearly at how far there is still to go.

Over 300,000 people are expected to pour into Brighton across the weekend, making it the biggest annual event in the city's calendar and one of the largest Pride celebrations in Europe. The Guardian has described it as the country's most popular LGBT event. The weekend generates around £20 million for Brighton's economy each year.
