BASE is a monthly informal weekend meetup for adults (18+) who have (or think they may have) ADHD. It's a chance to meet, connect with and enjoy the company of other people who share something in common with you.

It takes place on either a Friday or Saturday evening, usually towards the start of a month. We've met in a variety of different pubs, all in Brighton. Details are posted in the facebook group. Note, things like cancellations or changes are always possible (though none so far), or if an unusually large number of people were to turn up we may run out of space or it could become overly loud. There's no cost or ticket required but please indicate beforehand if you intend to go.

Anyone attending is expected to treat others with respect, kindness and understanding.
