Welcome to Adult Children of Alcoholics & Dysfunctional Families (ACA) UK


Welcome to the Adult Children of Alcoholics & Dysfunctional Families (ACA) UK community. If you grew up in a home where alcoholism, abuse, neglect, or other forms of trauma or family dysfunction were present, you are not alone. ACA is a 12-step fellowship dedicated to helping adult children find recovery and healing from the effects of their childhood.

Our meetings provide a safe, non-judgmental space to connect with others who share a similar experience. Through sharing, working the programme, and practicing self-care, we learn to understand how our past has impacted us. The ACA program helps us grieve our childhoods, heal core trauma, and move from surviving to thriving.
